Continuing with this personal series I started a while back. Last time I was getting ready to check-in at the hospital for surgery. Everything went well, I stayed one week, the surgery lasted about two or three hours, can’t remember really I was pretty off after it due to painkillers. I did feel awful a few days, not being able to sleep or keeping my food inside. But once home it got better although it took one month for the tiredness I got due to being sedated to wear off. My scar is healing nicely, I’m back to work and I do blood check once a week.
I’ve been pretty busy at work with coding the new company website and getting it online. But we made it last week and it’s running smoothly. I got the design handed in a PSD file but still spend a few hours adjusting images all due to IE browser of course.
Also if you follow my weblog you know I’ve been waiting for 8 months on answers about receiving health welfare due that I’m chronically sick and work part-time. So money can be short sometimes. But I just a got a nice raise plus insurance finally paid out an outstanding declaration I had submitted months ago. So this took quiet a bit of stress off me.

Also the gift fairy has been circling me for sometime, I turned 27 three weeks ago, I got a nice Swatch watch from my sister, white/plastic clear and ultra thin. Looks like a watch designed by Apple. I got a coupon from work to spend at the electronic store and a nice cooking pan.
Today my sister got back from a short vacation back home on Aruba. And she brought some shirts from the surf shop there, from which I also have one already, I got it for my birthday by mail from my best friend. Together with some Threadless shirts I ordered in June I’m pretty stocked up on new shirts. I took a few photos of my shirts as they are pretty unique, two of them at least. I haven’t bought new clothes for a while so I’m all giddy.
